First of all, the design and build quality of the device are simply amazing. The materials used, the size on wrist and the overall feel just click together very well and make a great first impression. I was not wearing wrist watch for close to 10 years before making the purchase so it took some time getting used to the extra weight but after a while I got used to it.
The shape of this model is somehow sporty and while being reasonably classy to go with a wide range of outfits, it might be wise to wait for the Classic version if you wear format attire a lot. For me, it hits the sweet spot between hi-tech futuristic gadget and conventional-looking classy accessory - I'd say it is currently the best looking smartwatch you can get, but that is subjective, of course.
What I love the most about it, is that it just "makes sense" - it functions as a proper watch, with always-on clock display and good battery life, contains all the usual smart features like activity tracking and notifications and on top of that delivers the best smartwatch user experience to date with its rotating bezel navigation. Yes, the bezel control is truly as good as all the previews suggested - other controls, used by Android Wear devices and Apply Watch devices, look absolutely awkward in comparison. Samsung has really hit the nail on the head here and came with an innovation we would expect more from the likes of Apple. - Ananta Das
